ZOFIA KULIK

Zofia Kulik (b. 1947) graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts Sculpture Department in 1971. From 1971-87, in an artistic duet with Przemyslaw - KwieKulik (KK), she ran an independent studio for 'Art Activities, Documentation and Propagation' from her apartment in Warsaw. Its archives contained slides and negatives of ephemeral art in Poland. Together, KK made work using actions, installations, objects, interventions, texts, films, slides and mail-art. Since 1987 Kulik has been working individually with black-&-white multiple exposure photographs.
